Happy Holidays and a Pfanntastic 2014 From Victoria BC
It’s That time of the year again to wish everybody Happy Holidays and a Pfanntastic 2014 From Victoria BC.
It is also that time of the year to reflect and review, what has been and what is yet to come.
So lets reflect a little, when we wished you Happy Holidays and a Pfanntastic 2013 From Victoria BC, last year, did you….?
Did you have Happy Holidays and was 2013 Pfanntastic for you?
Linda and I sure hope it was, as so many things have happened over the past year that may have affected your life.
We have again been reminded, more than once, to never take anything for granted and to be so ever grateful for any good or positive that happens you our friends, family, clients and loved ones or ourselves.
While challenges, grief and traumatic events are part of life, and we all have had our share, I’m sure. Living thru them, learning from and accepting the consequences takes time and never becomes easier.
Truth be told, in and around Victoria BC it appears that most of our regional problems and events seem so very minor compared to the major events in other parts of Canada or the World.
We are very grateful for this and yet equally we are saddened by the loss of life and property in all the areas stricken globally this past year.
Now off course, if that is what Happy Holidays means to you, It is perfectly fine with me, but if you don’t mind….. I am about to hit the pause button for the next week or so, trying to avoid all the craziness at the malls and shopping centre’s .
Our Clients, Friends and Family in and around Greater Victoria may have become familiar with our annual delivery of some locally created cheer, which (unfortunately) we have had to stop going forward.
We are very grateful for your continued support and our well wishes remain unchanged to all our past present and future friends, clients and family.
As you may have noticed, I have recently joined ONE PERCENT REALTY, with as its main objective, to dramatically lower the cost per transaction to our clients. As such we had to reduce some of the extra’s we where offering, while making sure our direct home buyer and seller services are optimized for the best savings.
In addition I have returned to the Lions and have joined the Esquimalt Lions, as a member and also to focus my paying forward efforts in our community.
