Have A Great Day

Hi Doris,

It is interesting to notice that many agents want to work with assistants, but their efforts to do so end in frustration, because they themselves often do not know what to do and how to do it.

Sometimes I wish I had an assistant Peter and Linda, maybe one day. Until then I guess I will have to make my own mistakes.

HI Malcolm,

As Micheal Gerber Says in his Emyth Book, unless you have assistants or employees, you are them.....

With a little sytem thinking we know we can delegate or contract our much of those activities that do not really need your hands on pressence..

Great to hear from you.

Peter - we just announced the PRA course in Ottawa, and in Mississauga today. Either of those locations would work for Malcolm to send someone. :))

Hi  Brian,

as with the legal profession, it is time that real estate assistants can rely on receiving proper education rather than an ad-hoc morning here or there with the agent
