In Greater Victoria (the retirement capital of Canada) Peter and Linda Pfann meet regularly with fellow members of this Elder Friendly, like minded Network of individuals, and organizations that in one way or another provide services to seniors and the aging.
Members of the EFCN meet monthly and share in a none political networking environment experiences, education, research, presentations and programs, from a large variety of backgrounds all benefiting the wellbeing of our seniors and those that care for them in our Greater Victoria community.

EFCN and its members strive to make Greater Victoria a Truly Elder Friendly Community for all ages.
This September 29, 2011 our Fall and Winter season of monthly meetings is continuing with a presentation by Susan Engel, from CNIB as a low vision specialist. With nine out of ten visually impaired people retaining some useful sight, Susan is an expert at helping them maximize their remaining vision. She is passionate about helping people learn that there is 'more than one way to complete a task'.
